Your Workforce Is Already Stretched Thin.
AI Is Entering Your Decisions Anyway.
Healthcare organizations are absorbing staffing shortages, burnout, and compliance pressure while AI tools quietly enter hiring, scheduling, training, and performance decisions. We help healthcare leaders govern that shift, using the same risk-management discipline built over decades inside hospital and health system work, not theory borrowed from tech.

HR, talent, compliance, and operational leaders need a practical way to evaluate how AI affects hiring, scheduling, training, performance management, and patient-facing operations before those decisions become the subject of a complaint, an audit, or a lawsuit. Women make up a significant share of the healthcare workforce, but many still face barriers to visibility, sponsorship, and senior leadership pathways, barriers that widen when new technology decisions are made without them in the room.
Healthcare professionals are navigating career fatigue, stalled advancement, shifting roles, and performance pressure inside work environments that were already demanding before AI entered the picture. Governance, leadership, and career readiness are not three separate initiatives here. They are the same conversation.

Built On Risk Management, Not Borrowed From Tech
Margaret Spence brings decades of risk management experience to healthcare workforce decisions, applying the same governance discipline hospitals rely on for patient safety, operational oversight, and compliance to how AI enters hiring, scheduling, and performance. Her work spans large, complex health system ecosystems, not a single pilot program at a single site.
For two decades, Margaret served as the external risk and governance auditor for AdventHealth, preparing annual governance and financial exposure reports for its risk management board, and as a risk management consultant to HealthFirst, advising executive leadership and its governing board on organizational risk. Her work included auditing workplace incidents, employee injuries, and operational risk across more than 900 healthcare locations and facilities, experience that now informs her approach to AI governance in healthcare workforce decisions.
Hospital locations touched across the health systems Margaret has worked with.
Locations across the AdventHealth system, one of the nation's largest faith-based health networks.
Locations across HealthFirst, alongside deep work inside the Centura Catholic Health system.
In settled workplace claims managed across a career built on healthcare compliance and risk auditing.
